  2. Get 1 big onion chopped

Instructions to make Beef samosa:
  1. Fry meat with one spoonful cooking oil till almost ready ready
  2. Add chopped onions and salt to cooking meat mix well as they cook for two to three minutes, then remove from the heat source and let it cool a little.
  3. Cut the half cooked chapati into two equal slices giving you four slices
  4. Fold each slice from the bigger side of the slice to form un open triangle
  5. Add the meat mixture using a tablespoon to the incomplete triangle chapati slice and fold the remaining part to complete the triangle. Do it for the rest three slices.
  6. Heat cooking oil till it boils and deep the half cooked samosa, cook till golden brown.
  7. Remove the cooked samosa from frying oil and dry them as they cool and they're ready to serve.

Season with black pepper, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and cardamom. Be careful not to overcook the potato, the cubes should still stay together and not fall apart and be mushy. Drain and set aside to cool while you prepare the rest of the filling.
