- Cook beef, Stockfish and Dry fish with 2 seasoning cubes, onion, crayfish, Cameroon pepper until its tender. Allow the stock to dry up
- Pour water leaf inside the meat pot, add palm oil stir very well and allow to cook- some water will come out from the water leaf
- Add the remaining seasoning cubes, pepper and okpeyi and check for salt
- Add Ugu leaf, stir and serve fresh. Enjoy with fufu or pounded yam π
