- Peel the skin from peaches. Chopped one peach and grind in mixer jar to make purée. Peel and finely chopped another peach for topping. Mix this peach puree in cooled custard mixture. Mix well.
- Take out Chocolate tarts from fridge. Fill each tart with prepared peach filling.
- Top with chopped peach pieces and choco chips. Keep refrigerated to chill till time of serving. Serve/ Relish Delicious Chilled Chocolate Peach Tarts.
Pour the filling into the prepared tart shell. Serve cool or at room temperature. Press the dough in an even layer into the bottom and sides of the pan. Spray the top of the tart dough with nonstick spray, then press a sheet of foil onto the shell, shiny side down, and fill the foil with dry beans, rice, or pie weights. In a food processor, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, lemon zest and butter and pulse to blend.
