These samosas have to be the best beef samosas I've every tasted. They are filled with a spicy ground beef curry, potatoes and peas. The pastry is light and crispy and you can make them as hot or as mild as you like. Add in onions and ground beef.
Steps to make Beef Samosa:
- To make samosa raps mix flour,salt and water to form light paste.
- Place non stick pan on low flame
- Use multipurpose brush, scoop little of the flour paste into the hot pan and spread evenly to form a thin rap.

- Fry in a preheated oil till a golden brown color is obtained.
