  3. Take 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  4. Make ready 2-4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  5. Make ready 1 Lemon
  6. Get 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  1. Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees
  2. Cut Fish into 2 inch wide filets
  3. Oil 8 Inch glass baking dish. Place filets and drizzle olive oil on top. Salt/pepper to taste. Easy on salt, heavy on pepper.
  4. Crush almonds in mortar and pestle. Add garlic and thyme and continue to crush until semi-fine. Add salt/pepper to taste.
  5. Spoon almond mixture on to filets liberally. You shouldn't see the fish below the almonds.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish is flaky. Rotate halfway through.
  7. Serve Immediately drizzling lemon on top.
