  4. Divide dough into portions and make balls using greased hands and then roll out on a greased surface.cut into half's. make a cone and glue the overlapping edges and press to give a good seal. Fill with your meat mix and seal.Keep them covered to avoid bursting during frying
  5. Heat the oil on medium heat put your samosas n fry gently into golden brown. Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with tomato ketchup or tea
