  7. Add 2 tsp brown sugar and juice of half the lemon, stir and simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Add salt and black pepper to taste and a handful of chopped fresh coriander, stir and simmer for a few minutes.
  9. Serve with basmati rice and/or naan bread with some fresh coriander on top.
