- First i measure 2½/cup of rice, i wash d rice, strain da rice for 5minutes and spread d rice to dry completely for 30munites
- I pot 4tbsp of oil in a pot on low flame i add the cinnamon stick, 4pcs of bay leaves, cardamon, 1tbsp of supreme spice, ½tsp cloves and fry for 3-4/munited or untill all the spice pop-up
- After the spice pop up i addded the rice and the kilishi and continue to fry untill the rice change to golden brown(we cannont get a clear pic due to d stem)
- Then i add the water to d rice and allow to cook completely, after the rice is done all the spices will be add the top which was easy to remove from the rice and stir your rice well and serve
- For d green shredded beef, i shred the beef marinate it with ginger and garlic paste and maggi allow to sit for 10munites, then i shred the greens and onions
- I put 2tbsp of oil in to the pan on low flame and put the shreded and marinated beef to cook for 10munites while i'm stiring constantly, later i strain the beef and discard the used oil
- In a clean pan i added 2tbsp of fresh veg oil, add in the garlic and ginger paste stir well then add in the green papper and beans and onions stir for 4munites then add in the shredded beef stir, supreme spice, maggi, mint leaf and rose mary stir well cover to cook for 3munites and its done.
- Serve your dish with a piece of lime or lemon and be squeezing the juice while eating, trust me its taste different
