- Then make a ball then gently press it & bring it to oval shape make sure I cracks are over it when all are prepared then drop one after the other in oil don’t flip immediately keep the burner on medium flame let it fry till golden then flip it gradually fry all of them & it’s ready
- Once all are fried pop it on a paper towel sprinkle some sugar let it come to room temperature then have it enjoy the delicious & healthy snack. Rava khajoor it can be stored in airtight container for 2-3 weeks.
- Tip of the day: while you Knead the dough make sure you don’t add excessive sugar otherwise it will be difficult to fry better add in the dough little coconut powder to make it properly. Check frying a small ball in oil you get an idea if it’s frying well or it’s sugary like sticky it will spread in oil.
