- Prepare to taste Red chilli powder

Instructions to make Qeema Samosa:
- Take a pot, add qeema, ginger garlic, roasted n crushed coriander seeds n cummin seeds, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, salt and cook. Dont add water at all. Cover for a while
- Now remove the pot cover n cook qeema on high flame so all the qeema water dries up.
- Let that qeema come on room temperature.
- Now in that qeema add chopped onions, green chillies n fresh coriander. Mix well. N keep it in fridge
- Now take samosa wraps. Fill it with qeema n fold in triangle shape. Apply same (meda dissolve in water) to stick the ends.
- Deep fry n serve hot.
