- Wash the Pineapple, Mint & Ginger thoroughly under running water.
- Slice & Peel the Pineapple. Eat the slices OR/& make Face Mask.
- Cut the peels into small to medium pieces.
- Place in a large pot or skillet along with 8 Cups/2 liters of water.
- When it comes to a rolling boil, add the Cinnamon Stick, Ginger & the Mint.
- Reduce heat to low. Cover & let it simmer for 45 minutes.
- When done, pick up the Mint leaves with a slotted spoon & discard.
