  1. Heat the kadhai with oil & add the Chopped onions shotey till light brown than add chopped Red chilli, chopped tomatoes & Cashew and shaute them till light Brown.
  2. Add Salt and water to help them evanly get cook & let's cool the all ingredients & fine ground them in mixture.
  3. Step -II
  4. Heat the Kadhai add into Ghee add Red chilli powder, add Garam Masala, Coriander leaves & Kasuri Methi.
  5. Add Pour of ground paste shoute them well & Let it simmer for 10-15 min.
  6. Add Fresh cream and mix it well.
  7. Add Cubes of Paneer and stir it well for 5 min & add butter.
  8. Now Butter Paneer Gravy ready to serve. Garnish with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Serve with Jeera Rice, Chapati, or Naan.
