  9. The water separated is buttermilk u can use the same. The white butter is ready. Take it in a bowl. Add salt n turmeric powder.
  10. Mix it well. Keep for 5 min. Salt released some water. Strain the same.
  11. Get all water strain out n will get super tasty butter.
