- Prepare 1 cup milk

Step by Step to make Kesaria Chai:
- Add water along with saffron strands to a pan and give it a boil.
- Once it begins to boil, add in the tea leaves. Allow the tea leaves to simmer in the water for a couple of minute. It would turn to dark golden brown colour.
- Add in milk, cardamom powder and sugar. Turn heat to low then boil for 7-8.
- Strain the Kesaria chai into the cups and serve immediately. Add a few saffron strands to the top while serving.
