- Prepare 1 Black tea bag (optional; green tea works too)
- Take 1 pod Whole cardamon
- Take 1/5 tsp Clove (powder)
- Take 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (powder)
- Get 1 to 2 teaspoons Almond flour
- Prepare 1 Honey

- Take the outer shell off the cardamon pods, and lightly crush the black seeds. You can just add them uncrushed to the pan.
- In 200 ml of water, bring a mixture of the cinnamon, cardamon and clove to a boil. When it comes to a boil, turn the heat down to low and simmer for another 2 minutes or so.
- Add the tea bag, and simmer for another 2 minutes or so to extract the tea. You can just use the spices and omit the tea for the same effect.
- While the tea is simmering, prepare a mug and put the almond powder in it.
- Strain the tea into the mug.
- Add the honey and mix. I recommend adding a generous amount (I added 2 tablespoons worth in the photo).
- Mix well and it's done. This is called Kahwa in India.
